2. Creating a Routine or Task

1. Choose a Goal Type:

Select from categories like: Academics, Chores, Wellness, Work tasks, Personal habits

2. Set Frequency & Deadlines:

Choose one-time, daily, weekly, or custom timelines

3. Add Descriptions & Instructions:

Provide clear steps and expectations so there’s no confusion

3. Monitoring Progress

Senders Can:

  • • View real-time updates
  • • Receive proof of task completion (photos, notes, or check-ins)
  • • Comment and give feedback

Receivers Can:

  • • Mark tasks as complete
  • • Upload photos or notes as evidence
  • • Ask for help or clarification

4. Staying Accountable

  • • Use reminders and notifications to stay on track
  • • React to task updates with emojis or comments
  • • Celebrate milestones together with positive reinforcement

5. Editing & Managing Tasks

  • • Tasks can be edited anytime by the sender
  • • You can pause, reschedule, or delete routines if needed
  • • Archived routines are saved for record-keeping

6. Building Your Network

  • • Add users you trust: Parents can add children, Managers can assign tasks to staff, Coaches can monitor mentees
  • • You can manage connections under the "My Circle" section

7. Tips for Success

  • • Start small – begin with 1–2 tasks a day
  • • Communicate clearly – use task descriptions to avoid confusion
  • • Be encouraging – Temidun works best when it builds, not breaks, trust
  • • Check in weekly – review what’s working and adjust where needed
